Psychology guest speaker: Noreen Tehrani

Noreen studied Psychology and Biology here at St Mary’s University and has gone on to have an influential career, making a significant contribution to the field of understanding psychological trauma. Noreen has worked with victims of the Manchester Bomb, the Paddington and Potters Bar rail crashes and victims of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Centre Buildings and the London Bombings. She will be talking to psychology students about dealing with trauma in the emergency services and we would like to open up this event for any interested students, staff or members of the public to join us at 10am-12pm on Weds 9th March 2016 in N44.
