Registration and delegate rates

Please note: for residential rates, early arrivals on Thursday 6th June can also be arranged.

Two-day conference (non residential) @ £125 per person

The two-day, conference day delegate rate will include the following:

  • Registration fee
  • Delegate welcome pack
  • Conference refreshments on both days
  • Lunch on both days

A student rate is available at £105.

Two-day conference with ensuite accommodation @ £184.00 per person

This rate includes everything in the non-residential rate, plus:

  • Accommodation on Friday night
  • Breakfast on Saturday morning 

A student rate is available at £164.

Two-day conference with shared bathroom accommodation @ £174.00 per person

This rate includes everything in the non-residential rate, plus:

  • Accommodation on Friday night
  • Breakfast on Saturday morning 

A student rate is available at £154.

Two-day conference with ensuite accommodation

Single ensuite accommodation is offered in our De Marrilac Halls of residence, these are located at the end of the athletics track and within easy walking distance to all elements of the conference. Accommodation includes toiletry packs and towels.

Two-day conference with shared bathroom accommodation

Single bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities are available to book in our Graham Halls of residence, these are located at the end of the athletics track and within easy walking distance to all elements of the conference. Accommodation includes toiletry packs and towels.

Early arrivals

You are welcome to arrive on campus on Thursday 6th June and we'll ensure you're placed in the same bedroom. The University Refectory will be open for breakfast from 8-10am.

  • Single ensuite accommodation, room only @ £52.50
  • Single accommodation with shared bathroom facilities @ £42.50

Please note: check in is from 2pm on day of arrival.
