Women in Sport: The Science Behind their Practice

Venue: Waldegrave Suite, St Mary’s University and Online via Zoom

This event will focus on the science behind women’s sport. With expert insight into how science is used within women’s sport, to advance and develop athletes performance, in short ‘TED talk’ style presentations. 

There will be opportunities for questions and networking.

    Performance Consultant – Previously Performance Scientist at Buffalo Bills.
  • Carina Hanson
    Athletic Development coach – Chelsea FC
  • Dionne Greene
    Performance Analyst – Chelsea FC Regional Talent Club
  • Dr Katrine Okholm Kryger
    Lecturer in Sports Rehabilitation at St Mary’s University. FIFA member of “steering women’s football research” group. UEFA Fitness4Football advisory group member - women’s football expert.
  • Hannah Cozens
    Senior Hockey Player for Wales
