Join the St Mary’s Institute of Theology and Liberal Arts in partnership with Mater Ecclesiae College to celebrate the publication of an important new book in Sacramental Theology: The Roman Mass by Uwe Michael Lang (Cambridge University Press, 2022).
Fr Michael Lang (Cong. Orat.) is a faculty member of Mater Ecclesiae and a lecturer for St Mary’s. His new book offers a synthetic overview of the structure and ritual shape of the Roman Mass from its formative period in late antiquity to its post-Tridentine standardisation.
Drinks and nibbles will be served in the Billiard Room from 6pm, with Mass beforehand at 5pm in the Crypt Chapel.
