A sixteenth-century sensation: some impacts and outcomes of Martin Luther’s September Testament (1522)

This event is led by Revd Dr W Gordon Campbell, Principal and Professor of New Testament Studies at Union Theological College, Belfast.

With his family, Gordon lived in France for 16 years, where he was involved in parish ministry with the Reformed Church of France. Later, he taught New Testament Studies at Faculte Jean Calvin in Aix-en-Provence, where he also served as vice-dean and dean from 1998-2005. Since 2016, he has undertaken a research project focusing on the unusual yet crucial role played by the Book of Revelation in Martin Luther’s Bible publishing.

This event is free to attend but booking is essential.
