There will be four ceremonies in total across two days. Your ceremony date and time is specified on your invitation.
- Ceremony One: Wednesday 20th July 2022, 10am-12pm
- Ceremony Two: Wednesday 20th July 2022, 2.30-4.30pm
- Ceremony Three: Thursday 21st July 2022, 10am-12pm
- Ceremony Four: Thursday 21st July 2022, 2.30-4.30pm

All eligible graduands will receive their invitation by email. These webpages contain the same information as the invitation, along with notes for graduands and their guests on what to expect in each ceremony.
It is compulsory for graduands to wear academic dress for their graduation ceremony, and all graduands should wear smart formal wear for their ceremony.

If you have not yet completed your course, your certificate will be sent through the post to your home address on successful completion of your course by the end of August 2022. Therefore, certificates will not be presented at the ceremony in July.
If your permanent address has changed please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by 7th August 2022 so that we can post the certificate to the correct address.
Please note: the name on your certificate will be the name that you registered with when you joined St Mary’s and this appears on your invitation to Summer Graduation. If you want to check what name will be on your certificate or if you have any other queries, please email email@example.com.
In order to receive your certificate you will need to ensure that you have settled any outstanding debts to the University, such as tuition, accommodation, library fees or an unpaid fine issued in accordance with the Student Disciplinary Procedure.

If your declared household income is below £15,000 a year, you are invited to apply for this award for up to £85 to help with graduation costs (paid as a non-transferable voucher). Please see our graduand fund page for more details.
The SU will be selling merchandise at Park Plaza Victoria London, lower ground floor. Make sure you grab an official St Mary’s hoodie on the day!
