iTrent Recruitment System

Our recruitment process is integrated into Itrent (our main HR system) to help improve the efficiency of our overall recruitment process and the utilisation of our HR system.

The iTrent recruitment process has a range of benefits including:

  • storing and accessing of all people data via a single HR system
  • reducing the manual input of data
  • improving reporting and data accuracy, including data associated with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I)
  • speeding up the onboarding of new staff.

iTrent is a web-based staff recruitment system and will provide a seamless transition from application through to interview, hiring and on-boarding, reducing the need for several manual HR and hiring manager processes. Specific training will be available for hiring managers to enable them to use the Itrent recruitment system effectively.

You will be able to use your Recruitment Manager profile on iTrent to do the following:

  • submit a new request to advertise a role (Requisition request)
  • submit Job Advert details
  • add Screening questions
  • shortlisting applications
  • scheduling shortlisted applicants to interview stage
  • making an offer
  • recruitment reports
  • organisation chart and vacant/recruiting positions
  • redirecting tasks.
