All job vacancies at St Mary's (both internal and external) are now advertised on the University's E-Recruitment site. This allows applicants to apply and track their applications online and replaces the previous paper application forms.

All requests to authorise a vacancy or contract extensions now need to be processed/authorised by the HeadCount Controls Business Case. This can be found under the HR Forms, Policies & Procedures for Staff section.
To start your recruitment campaign, once your HeadCount Controls Business Case has been approved you will need to create an online request to recruit (Requisiton form) via your Recruitment Manager role on the HR System.
