St Mary’s Celebrates Investor in People Success

St Mary’s University College, Twickenham, is celebrating after several of its Schools and Professional Services Departments were awarded with the coveted Investors in People (IiP) accreditation. Awarded by personnel management specialists, Investors in People, the accreditation recognises St Mary’s work towards enhancing employee engagement, performance improvement, and management effectiveness. A number of departments across the University College have been given the award including: the School of Education, Theology and Leadership, School of Management and Social Sciences, School of Health and Applied Sciences, Catering, Student Services, Information Services and Information Technology. St Mary’s Staff Development Manager Paula Keane said, “These Schools and Professional Services have been awarded the Investors in People standard, a nationally recognised people management standard, demonstrating that they are dedicated to the people who make it work.”
