St Mary's to Welcome the Archbishop of Armagh during the Week of Prayers for Christian Unity

On Wednesday 20th January 2016, St Mary’s University, Twickenham will welcome the Most Reverend Archbishop Richard Clarke of Armagh, Anglican Primate of All Ireland, to lead an ecumenical service of prayers and preach in the University Chapel as part of the Week of Prayers for Christian Unity. Beginning in 1908, the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity sees congregations and parishes all over the world exchange ministers and arrange special ecumenical celebrations and prayer services. The theme for 2016 is Called to Proclaim the Mighty Acts of the Lord, from the First Letter of Peter (Peter 2:9). The service is on 20th January 2016 at 12.30 in the University Chapel and will be followed by refreshments in the Waldegrave Drawing Room.
