Initial Teacher Training - Primary Education with QTS BA (Hons)

This course has optional specialization in Religious Education under the aegis of Sarah Green, Cyndi Harper nd Claire Fernandes. With a focus on Primary School practitioners, this rewarding course combines a degree with a qualification to teach (QTS)


This one-year program is open to students holding a B.A., B.Sc. or equivalent. Involving supervised placements in a classroom context, the R.E. course is co-ordinated by leading practitioner Matthew Dell.

The Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS) 

The CCRS is a short course in theological literacy designed for teachers but open also to those working in a pastoral context. With no prior knowledge presumed, this essential qualification is awarded by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales and is led by Káren North.

Catholic School Leadership MA/PGDip/PGCert

The Catholic School Leadership degree is unique in the UK, offering a distinctive leadership development for people at all levels of Catholic education, integrating a Catholic philosophy of education with the principles and practice of effective school leadership.

Leading Innovation and Change MA/PGDip/PGCert

Leading Innovation and Change applies learning to practical situations within your own school. The course enables schools and staff to advance their professional skills and expertise in leadership through the development of a research culture which can be applied to the RE/ RSHE context.

Religious Education MA 

Our MA in Religious Education advances candidates to the next stage as a Religious Education teacher or leader with a postgraduate degree that's designed to support your career progression.
