All Bursaries for 2025/26 have been awarded, and the application form is now closed.
In accordance with St Mary’s regulations, students can only receive one bursary or scholarship (with the exception of students awarded the St Mary's Cares Bursary).
Applicants who are assessed as eligible for more than one scholarship should reject one of their awards. Alternatively, student records will be adjusted at the enrolment stage.

If the cost of graduation creates a barrier to attendance, we can provide financial support to cover gown rental and either guest ticket charges or a photography package.
One-off payment of up to £175 to support travel costs for commuting students.
The Alternative Guide to Postgraduate Funding Online is a huge database of charities and organisations that award funding for postgraduate study in the UK, including master’s and research degrees.
St Mary's University has purchased a licence, so it is free for you to use. If you are a current student, please use your St Mary's email address, but if you are an applicant, you can use the PIN number 1712 to gain free access.
EU students may be eligible for a student loan of up to 25.000 EUR for undergraduate or postgraduate studies at St Mary’s from FINS.
If you have successfully applied for Settled or Pre-settled status, then you are entitled to study in the UK without a Student visa and pay the Home fees for university courses.
St Mary's participates in the US government's William D Ford Federal Direct Loan Program. Students who qualify for these loans can see more information on our US Federal Aid pages. Global Education Management Services is another source of loans for students affiliated with the US.
The Lånekassen loan, the Norwegian state Education Loan Fund is exclusively accessible to Norwegian students and serves to aid with expenses including tuition, accommodation, meals, and study materials.
