This course offers a broad introduction to yoga allowing learners to continue their own practice and journey. You will also learn how to plan, deliver, and teach yoga sessions. This includes:

  • breath awareness
  • relaxation and aids
  • health and safety including screening and health conditions.

This course requires a minimum of 268 hours to complete including face-to-face teaching, independent study, yoga practice, and self-reflection. Students are required to complete a portfolio during their studies alongside a reflective diary.

I met wonderful people that were also attending the course. We were from all ages and backgrounds, but everyone was super friendly and helpful and enjoyed the course. The instructor was great, sharing all her knowledge and experiences, and also keeping the course fun and interactive. I learnt a lot and I am now teaching yoga group classes and 1-2-1 in Teddington as Thefrenchfit.

This course was the best investment I made and I cannot recommend it enough!
