I met wonderful people that were also attending the course. We were from all ages and backgrounds, but everyone was super friendly and helpful and enjoyed the course. The instructor Marie Claire was great, sharing all her knowledge and experiences, and also keeping the course fun and interactive. I learnt a lot and I am now teaching yoga group classes and 1-2-1 in Teddington as thefrenchfit. This course was the best investment I made and I cannot recommend it enough!
