Ellen has experience in treating a wide range of pathologies and injuries by using an evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment to restore function and reduce pain.
Her special interests are sports injuries, the lower limb, post-operative rehabilitation and paediatrics; specialist skills include lower limb injuries and acupuncture, functional pilates and soft tissue therapy to regain an optimal return to function.
Ellen also works for Fulham Football Club academy and Kensington Physio and Sports Medicine. She is the current London representative for the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Previously, she has worked at 2012 Paralympics, 2012 European Ice Skating Championships and for England Athletics.
Ellen's vision is to fulfil client’s goals by adapting treatment techniques and tailoring them to the individual. Outside of work, she enjoys being a triathlete, competing in 70.3 Ironman, and running. She is also enthusiastic about healthy homemade food, making her own bread and cakes. As an adolescent, she was short-listed for the European Championships for the GB Pony Three-Day Event team.
