Location: The Main Campus Library
The aim of the Student Hub is to improve the student experience. It will provide:
- A consolidated, physical, first-line help service for students which can deal with enquiries relating to: Library, IT, TEL, Registry and Student Services
- The above is a virtual service to students that can be delivered via multiple channels e.g. online (web) self-service, Mobile device, Self-service device(s)
- A redesigned front area of the ground floor of the Main Library on campus to provide a welcoming, visually appealing, centrally located service point and additional spaces to support student learning
- A single digital knowledge base which will facilitate increased self-service for students enabling them to get the answers they need anytime, anywhere
