Throughout the year we run various career events, including careers fairs, presentations from employers and alumni, and webinars to support you with various aspects of your career journey.
These are also a great way to meet potential employers and gain an understanding of what it's like to work for that organisation or in that sector.
Events we run each year include:
- Part-time Jobs and Volunteering Fair
- Institute Careers Fair
- Teaching Fair
- Sport, Allied Health and Performance Science (SAHPS) Careers Fair
- Business, Law, Society and Culture (BLSC) Careers Fair
We also run a number of specialized webinars, employer talks and networking events throughout the year.
Currently, all of our 2021/22 career events and workshops are planned for delivery online via virtual platforms. Further updates will be posted here in the event of any changes.
Students can access recordings of our Savvy Simmies Online Careers Talks webinars and information from our previous career events previous career events on Moodle. Graduates can access similar information on the Gradclub Moodle
