A place of welcome and hospitality
The Chaplaincy team would like to welcome you to St Mary’s. We are to be found in the Chaplaincy Centre which is situated on the edge of the piazza opposite the University Chapel.
The Chaplaincy Centre is a relaxed, friendly space where all members of St Mary’s are welcome. Tea and biscuits are always available, and it’s a great place to enjoy the company of others and unwind.
Prayer and worship
There are lots of opportunities for prayer and worship at St Mary’s. Mass is celebrated on the campus every Sunday of term time (11am and 6pm) and most weekday lunchtimes at 1.05pm.
The Chapel is open all day; if you wish, pop in for some quiet prayer or reflection. There is also a prayer room located not far from main reception.
The Chaplaincy facilitates social activities, retreats, discussion groups, interfaith events and outreach opportunities. There is a wide range of activities to get involved in and we’d love to tell you more.
It’s good to talk
Whether you are struggling, celebrating or just fancy a cuppa and a chat, call into the Chaplaincy. We’d be delighted to see you!
It’s also the best place to come if you want more details about Chaplaincy activities or help finding a community of faith.
