Adolescent Athlete Research Community (AARC)
Too many young athletes face burnout or injury due to poor fuelling, stress, or misunderstood development needs. They’re elite performers — but still children. The Adolescent Athlete Research Community (AARC) exists to change that.
The AARC brings together world-leading experts in sport and medical sciences with athletes, parents, and coaches to ensure adolescent athletes can win well - achieving success without sacrificing long-term health and wellbeing.

Events
St Mary’s University, Twickenham welcomed over 70 professionals from sport science and medicine to its first Adolescent Athlete Networking Event. The day included expert panels, a keynote from Sport Wales on their ‘winning well’ approach, and vibrant networking opportunities.
