The project
The AARC is a community of researchers, practitioners, coaches, parents/guardians and athletes united by a common goal: better support for young athletes.
The Adolescent Athlete Research Community brings together researchers, practitioners, coaches, parents/guardians, and athletes who share a common goal: to provide better, holistic support for adolescent athletes (those aged 10-19yrs)
Our mission is to ensure young athletes thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally, both in and beyond sport.
