What is Clearing?

Clearing is when universities open remaining spaces on their courses before the academic year starts. It's the ideal way to secure a university place if you didn't get the results you expect, missed the deadline, or simply changed your mind about the course you want to do.

Find out more on how it works and what you need to do in our guide to university Clearing.
