Are only a few courses available through Clearing?
Most of the programmes at St Mary’s will be open to Clearing – though the most popular ones will fill up quickly, so do get in touch as soon as you have your results so we can secure a place for you.

What’s the process?

Once you have your results, we can usually confirm your offer over the phone. For some courses (like teaching, acting, and physiotherapy), we’ll also want to set up an interview with you to talk in a bit more detail about your experience and make sure we’re the best fit for you. Interviews and auditions will go on throughout the summer, and we’ll try and be as flexible as we can around your schedule.
How quickly will I have to decide?
We’ll keep courses open for applicants right until they start in September – however, some of our most popular courses will fill up long before then.
We don’t want you to feel pressured about making such a big decision, but if you’re confident in your choice to come to St Mary’s, we’d definitely suggest confirming your Clearing place as soon as possible.
