The Bakhita Centre conducts research on slavery, safety, and social justice. Our mission is to produce high quality applied research that makes a difference, advancing knowledge that informs practice and policy through building partnerships with academics, practitioners and people with lived experience of modern forms of slavery, human trafficking, abuse and injustice.
