Conference fees

Full Conference (26th and 27th August)

• Full delegate: £120
• Retired/unwaged: £70
• Postgrads & ECRs presenting a paper: Free

BSSH will pay the conference fee for presenters who are students or within 3 years of completing a PhD who do not hold a full-time academic post.

Thursday 26th August only

• Full delegate: £70 for one day
• Retired/unwaged: £40 for one day
• Postgrads and ECRs presenting a paper: Free

Friday 27th August only

• Full delegate: £70 for one day.
• Retired/unwaged: £40 for one day.
• Postgrads and ECRs presenting a paper: Free

Accommodation

Single en-suite rooms in on-campus student accommodation (including breakfast) are available at St Mary’s University for the nights of the 25th and 26th of August. Please note that these rooms are available for these two nights only, and cannot be booked for a longer stay.

• Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th: £120
• Wednesday 25th only: £60
• Thursday 26th only:  £60

Please note that the number of rooms is limited. Preference will be given to those who book for both nights.

Conference dinner (optional)

A conference dinner will be held in the Waldegrave Suite at St Mary’s on the evening of Thursday the 26th of August. The cost for this will be £45 per person.
