Why end of life companionship matters: Connecting the experience of hospitals, hospices, community, online and faith groups

Hosted by St Mary’s University’s Centre for the Art of Dying Well, this conference will profile examples of end of life companionship in a range of different contexts, including online.

It will bring together health and social care professionals and volunteers working in hospitals, hospices and community settings to learn, network and share individual and programme experiences both during and post lockdown.

As well as keynote speakers and interactive workshops, there will be time for networking and discussion.
