Discover Gothic literature and culture in the home of the Gothic. Ranging from Horace Walpole’s classic, Castle of Otranto, to a tour of Strawberry Hill House which will allow students to understand the connections between Walpole’s writing and the enduring influential aesthetics of Gothic revivalism.

- 10am - welcome and introduction
- 10:15am - Horace Walpole session
- 11am - comfort break
- 11:15m - gothic legacies session
- 12pm - gothic creative writing workshop
- 12:45pm - lunch
- 1:30pm - Strawberry Hill house tours
- 3pm - end of event.
