A quick guide to booking your Graduation tickets

Please book your tickets by 14 June 2026, 23:59 (GMT).

Ticket information:

  • Graduand tickets are free
  • Guest tickets cost £20 each
  • Guest tickets include a celebratory drink and canapés after the ceremony

How to book your tickets

  • Go to the
  • Under Tickets, select Book your tickets
  • In the Institution Details field, enter St Mary’s University (Please note: this field is case-sensitive)
  • Click Continue

When the dropdown menu appears, select St Mary’s University again and click Continue.

In the Student ID section, enter:

  • your Student ID number (RegNum)
  • your surname
  • your personal email address

What happens next

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your booking may not have been successful.

Your e-tickets for you and your guests will be sent to the email address you provide during booking, around one week before the event.
