How to access support

Staff who have experienced harassment, bullying, or sexual misconduct—whether or not they choose to report the incident to the University—are encouraged to access the range of support services available, both within the University and externally.

Report an incident

Any member of staff who feels they have experienced or witnessed any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or sexual misconduct are encouraged to report the incident. The decision about whether or not to make a report is entirely up to the individual and there are different reporting options designed to ensure that staff do not feel that there are barriers to them taking their desired action.
