St Mary’s University, Twickenham has been awarded the nationally recognised people management accreditation ‘Corporate Investors in People’.
Investors in People (IiP) is a process that evaluates the success of organisational strategy. IiP seeks to understand the ways in which an organisation is enhancing employee engagement, improving management effectiveness and measuring effectiveness so it can continually improve performance.
Vice Chancellor of St Mary’s Francis Campbell said, “Investors in People is a wonderful accomplishment for St Mary’s and proves that we are committed to supporting and developing the lives of those in our community. Thank you to Paula Keane and the rest of the HR team for enabling St Mary’s to secure this nationally celebrated accolade.”
IiP Assessor Julie-Ann Hayes said, “I am delighted to recommend that the whole of St Mary's University is now an investor in people.
