BSc Strength and Conditioning Science Programme Director and UKSCA Board Director Richard Blagrove commented, "Katie delivered two fantastic sessions with an experienced group of strength and conditioning coaches. The activities were highly practical and her engaging style of delivery ensured everyone learnt a huge amount that they can apply to their professional practice."
