The Law Programmes at St Mary’s University, Twickenham are delighted to announce the appointment of Law Programmes UK’s In-House legal counsel, Jason Smalley as a Visiting Senior Fellow.
Jason has made very valuable contributions to the programmes over the last couple of years including speaking at the annual Law Forum, hosting placement students and being involved in curriculum development. This appointment gives students valuable opportunities to increase their employment prospects by receiving advice from Jason how to develop their legal career including how to prepare an impressive CV and perform effectively at interview and recruitment selection events.

The St Mary’s Law programmes place significant emphasis on the development of employability skills and ensuring graduates are aware of the employment prospects in law and how to create strong applications to gain employment on graduation. The programmes include a legal skills pathway and a final year legal placement module both of which have proved very successful and popular with students.
