In February, St Mary’s University, Twickenham was honoured to welcome their Royal Highnesses Prince William, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry to take part in the BBC’s inspirational Mind Over Marathon programme.

Hosted by Nick Knowles, the programme follows the progress of a group of runners in the 2017 London Marathon who all struggle with mental health issues.

During their visit, the Royal Party spoke to the runners about their own experiences with Mental Health before taking part in a training session.

The London Marathon’s charity of the year was Heads Together, which Princes William and Harry are patrons of. It raises awareness and funds for Mental Health issues.

You can catch up with and find out more about Mind Over Marathon on the BBC website.
