You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except for faulty or incorrect items. In such cases, please email us before returning the item to arrange for a return label.

Refunds and exchanges are available within the first 30 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Items are made to order, as such we can only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please ensure you check you are ordering the correct colour and use size guides when placing your order to ensure you select the correct size.

Exempt goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Made to order items, including clothing – please ensure you check colour and size guides prior to order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable, you will only be refunded for the products you purchased
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The Contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the contract.
