At St Mary’s University School of Medicine the welfare and safety of our students, staff and the wider public are integral to our responsibilities and values.

We, and our regulators, expect the highest level of conduct and professionalism from our students. This confidential reporting system enables members of the public, patients, educators, students and healthcare professionals to identify issues of concern related to students, educators, patient safety or the learning environment. Reporting helps us to provide support to individuals who may need help, to maintain professional standards, and to ensure a safe and supportive learning and clinical environment for all.

Any concerns reported will be responded to within 2 working days by the School of Medicine Student Experience team. You are welcome to contact the Student Experience team directly at to discuss your concern. All concerns will be investigated, addressed and escalated as needed.
