This Level 3 health coaching course combines blended online learning with face-to-face teaching to equip you with the skills to support meaningful, lasting behaviour change. You’ll learn how to guide and motivate clients through personalised care and wellness coaching, helping them identify goals, overcome barriers, and stay accountable as they work towards improved health and wellbeing.
Accredited by the RSPH, the course provides expert-led training in behaviour change models, motivational techniques, and personalised care consultations. Award and qualification

On successful completion of the course, you’ll be awarded a Level 3 Certificate in Health Coaching from the This recognised qualification allows you to practise as a health coach and apply for membership of the RSPH, enabling you to use MRSPH after your name.
You’ll also be eligible to apply for affiliate membership of the . The course is approved by the UKIHCA for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

After your health coaching course
With this qualification, you’ll be able to practise as a health coach and apply your learning in professional settings. You may choose to work independently or integrate health coaching into an existing role, supporting clients with a broader, more joined-up approach to health and wellbeing.
