Our Level 3 sports massage course is delivered at our supportive Waldegrave Road Campus in London and provides the essential knowledge and training needed to practise professionally. You’ll learn how to work confidently with clients who have pain, discomfort, or recovery needs linked to sport and physical activity, developing massage techniques that support performance, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

The Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage (iTEC) combines flexible learning with hands-on experience through 17 supervised, face-to-face practical sessions. The course builds the confidence, technical skill, and understanding needed to work independently. On completion, you’ll be eligible for insurance and prepared to begin your career within the sports and wellbeing sector.
