Thai-Inspired Massage on the Table CPD Course
Expand your massage practice with a Thai-inspired massage course
This one-day intensive practical workshop is designed for students and practitioners with a basic understanding of massage therapy and anatomy who want to add Thai-inspired techniques to their treatments. You'll learn how to adapt selected principles of Thai massage for use on a conventional massage table, combining rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, joint mobilisation and controlled movement into a fluid, adaptable treatment.
Based at our Waldegrave Road Campus in London, the workshop is led by experienced practitioner and educator Andrea Spanu and is taught through demonstration, guided practice and partner work.
Please note: This workshop does not constitute a complete traditional Thai Massage qualification. It provides an introductory practical framework for selected Thai-inspired techniques adapted to table-based massage.

- Develop the skills to adapt pressure, range of movement and technique to each client’s mobility, comfort and response, and to recognise when techniques should be modified, avoided or referred.
