Delivered through blended learning, the course combines flexible online study with six practical workshop days on campus, allowing you to build theoretical knowledge before applying it in person.
While studying the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, you’ll explore applied anatomy and physiology, nutrition, lifestyle and health conditions, behaviour change, and professional practice. Face-to-face sessions focus on programming and delivering personal training, while assessment includes a practical exam and portfolio. As part of your final assessment, you’ll design and deliver a structured six-week training plan for a client.
