Multimedia Journalism

Join our innovative and award-winning Multimedia Journalism degree

On our Multimedia Journalism BA, you'll learn directly from award-winning journalists at The School of Journalism at News Associates, the only place in London where you can study an NCTJ-accredited undergraduate journalism degree.

This isn’t a course built around textbooks and theory. It’s completely practical, powered by a unique partnership between News Associates, the UK’s top journalism training school, and St Mary’s University. Together, we offer the perfect mix of real newsroom experience and excellent campus facilities.

You’ll explore everything from print, broadcast and production to podcasts, social media, data journalism, and more. Our newsroom features a full broadcast studio with a green screen, autocue, and podcasting mics for you to experiment with anytime.

You’ll also master key journalistic principles, including media law, ethics, and research – the foundation of great reporting.

And if you’re passionate about sport, we’ve got you covered. Every trainee has the chance to specialise in sports journalism, delivered in association with the UK’s leading sports content agency, Sportsbeat.
