Three athletes from the Endurance Performance and Coaching Centre (EPACC) at St Mary’s University College, Twickenham, will be competing in this weekend’s British Athletics International Match in Glasgow.
The competition will be the first senior international event for current St Mary’s student Charlie Grice who will compete in the 1500m race. St Mary’s Alumnus and Olympic finalist, Andrew Osagie will run in the 600m event, whilst Andy Vernon will compete in the 3,000m event.
Ahead of Saturday’s competition, Andrew Osagie was interviewed by BBC’s Look East programme at the University College’s Strawberry Hill campus.
The British Athletics International competition will take place on Saturday 25th January and will be aired from 1.30pm on BBC One.
