St Mary’s Congratulates Bishop Moth on Appointment as Bishop of Arundel & Brighton

St Mary’s University, Twickenham is pleased to congratulate Bishop Richard Moth who has been appointed to Bishop of Arundel and Brighton by His Holiness Pope Francis. This weekend (Saturday 21^st March) it was announced that Bishop Moth, who is Chair to St Mary’s Board of Governors, will become the fifth Bishop of Arundel & Brighton and leave his role as Bishop of the Forces. Commenting on the announcement St Mary’s Vice-Chancellor Francis Campbell, Students’ Union President Ryan Jones and Staff Governor Sue Handley Jones said, "On behalf of the whole University community, we heartily congratulate Bishop Richard on his appointment. He provides wise and distinguished leadership to St Mary's, qualities which will be welcomed by the people of this important diocese."
