Director of Sport St Mary’s Andrew Reid-Smith said of their selections, “St Mary’s athletes are well represented on the Great Britain team. To have 11 endurance runners selected is a testament to the running programme that in partnership with the London Marathon has helped support the athletes. For many of the athletes this will be an opportunity to prove form ahead of final selection for Rio, we wish them every success.”
