Hello and a warm welcome to St Mary’s University. The Men’s Football and Futsal club are very excited to meet you all and get to know you this coming September.
We currently have five British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) football teams and two BUCS futsal teams and we want to welcome anyone who would like to get involved. The club is one massive family and as it’s the biggest club at the university, all of the lads involved will tell you it has a great community feel.
The club itself is very inclusive from boys who just want to have fun to those who have represented England in their university team. But no matter where you fit in amongst that, you’ll fit right in. We also welcome social members who don’t want to play but want to meet like-minded people and make connections that last a lifetime.
We’ve got something for everyone at the club. We host all types of events like:
- social events on Wednesdays
- sporting tournaments
- fundraising for charity
- a club international tour.
Our notable achievements in 2022/23:
- Men’s football 1s League Champions
- English Universities representative
- Movember Fundraising events, which raised around £1000 pounds.
