The MA in Theatre Directing covers all aspects of director training but focuses particularly on the working relationship between the actor and the director. Most modules are concerned with rehearsal processes and are text-based, though there is one module in directing devised theatre. At the end of the course, each student is required to produce and direct a full-length play, using professional actors, at a London fringe venue.
