SIMMStaff Active is free, weekly drop in sport sessions for all St Mary’s staff. There is also an opportunity for a walk or run on the athletics track every day between 12:00-13:00 just sign in at sport St Mary’s reception.

Les Mills is our virtual fitness class programme. The classes are pre-recorded and are available to be played whenever the dance studio is available, on demand, with all equipment needed available. The classes are free for all St Mary’s staff and students and there are different options for class type, intensity and duration.

Simmie Girls Can is an annual St Mary’s event made up of a week long celebration of females in sport in line with International Women’s day on the 8th of March. The week enables girls the opportunity to take part in a wide-range of sports and physical activities which are fun, social and open to all.
Simmie Girls Can 2024 runs from Monday the 4th of March to Friday the 8th of March. The weeks events include UV indoor cycling, netball, glow walk and lacrosse. All sessions are free to attend and will be hosted by our Student Sport Club committees.
Whether you are a novice or an expert, all are welcome to our events.
