Biography
Dana is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Lecturer in communication, management and organisational behaviour at St Mary’s University. She teaches students across the Business Management and Communications programmes within the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law, Education and Theology, helping students build strong academic foundations and practical skills needed for modern workplaces.
Dana previously served as Course Lead, bringing valuable experience in pedagogy, curriculum design and assessment development. She has a strong track record of teaching and supporting international students. Her teaching is driven by a commitment to student success, focusing on developing professional confidence, intercultural competence and personal growth.
Her research interests include cross-cultural competency, communication, psychology, diversity and inclusion, motivation, learning and development.
