Biography
Janette is an Executive Coach, specialising in helping organisations to introduce and sustain successful change, develop capability at all levels and introduce effective people strategies and practice. She also helps individuals in business at all levels to refocus, package themselves, develop self-awareness and capability and achieve their goals.
She brings to her lecturing a wealth of experience from working at senior HR levels and in management consultancy and is passionate about building business skills in her students as well as personal development.
