Biography
Jess is a lecturer at St Marys University (Twickenham) on the Physical Education, Youth and Sport Development (PESYD) degree. Jess graduated from St Mary’s in 2014 with a first class honours after undertaking the four year BA (ITE) Secondary Physical Education course with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
From here Jess has completed a masters in Pedagogical Leadership within Physical Education and found herself progressing into lecturing. Jess now leads on teaching and learning modules at all levels across the degree, as well as co-ordinating placement modules for students to gain first-hand experience to develop their practice.
More recently, Jess has been involved within a large scale piece of researched commissioned by the FA which is helping to re-shape their coach education within the Women and Girls game.
