Biography
Matthew Rowledge is an award-winning business professional with long-standing experience in Human Resources Management and Employment Law consultation. He has a dedicated history of combining both legal and behavioural principles to bring success to teams, as well as illustrating a positive working environment.
Having worked many years in industry previously, Matthew transitioned to a role in academia where he is able to pursue his passions for combing legal understanding and business applications to support others in achieving their career aspirations.
Matthew's main areas of expertise include Human Resources Management, Employment Law, and Tort of Negligence
Qualifications:
- BSc in International Hospitality Management, Oxford Brookes University
- LLM in Legal Studies, London South Bank University (including undertaking the Common Professional Examination)
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 Qualification in Human Resources Management
