Biography
Tim is an education industry specialist having worked across the sector developing major education programmes in the UK and internationally.
After training as as a teacher and working in Japan and Switzerland, Tim created HE partnerships at the University of Warwick and then moved to the KPMG education practice. He was business development director at Education Development Trust (formerly CfBT) designing international public-private partnerships, acquiring education businesses, and building the charity into a leading global provider of education services.
Tim was then founder development director at GEMS Education Solutions in London and Dubai. More recently, Tim has focused on governance, strategy, and capital advisory work for education organisations seeking transformational change and access to new markets.
Tim leads on new business opportunities, local authority relationships, and UK and international partnerships. He is also responsible for Conferences and Events, Short Courses, and The Exchange theatre and community centre in Twickenham.
